The Mural
The mural is finally finished! T.J. changed up a few things and made it his own creation. I can't wait to get the crib up and see how the room will flow together.. We still have to put the quote up on the wall too.
34 weeks

We have started to try and put the room together..despite missing major baby essentials. Bottles & bottle gear, Diaper Genie, Crib Bedding, and a Swing are on our top priority list. Thank goodness for coupons... We will most likely be hitting up stores this week to get our necessities!
We are completely set with blankets and clothing for up to 6-9 months. Hopefully these next few weeks will not go by to fast and allow us to prepare for everything.

Crying Subaru
The short story:
A dumbass hit my car in the BORDERS Bookstore parking lot last week. He was arguing with a guy that cut him off and didn't look up in time to see me backing out of my space. He was nice and quick to give me all his info and take blame....but my car is officially trashy looking on the right side. Damages are around $3535.00! I cannot wait to get it fixed!
As a precaution for even a minor accident you should go to your doctor, and apparently my blood pressure was really high, which caused concern and I was sent to the hospital for 5 hours of monitoring. We got to see Timothy J in an ultrasound so it wasn't to annoying! I did get a taste of the birthing unit triage, and the experience at South Shore Hospital should be a good one in the near future.

Nielsen Eye Center Baby Shower!
My fellow co-workers put on a wonderful baby shower for me Monday afternoon! They were so thoughtful with all of their baby ideas, goodies, and gifts. I received many baby essentials, receiving blankets, goodies bags, clothes and baskets...to many things to mention! Everyone in the office pitched in to contribute to a "money tree" for us. We decided to take that money and start a savings account for Timothy J. We are so blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives!
Here a few pictures...there were to many to post!! :)

32 Weeks

We discussed Dr. Shakrs on call availability, unfortunately its not a guarantee that he will deliver for us, so we still have to meet a few doctors just in case we don't end up with him.
As far as mom goes...I have been wicked tired and heartburn has become my new best friend. I wake up every night between 2-3am for a massive pee-pee. Timothy J has discovered my ribs--which I found is a really good motivation for good posture. My mood swings are awful and I am missing the compassion gene while I am at work..poor patients. :( My fellow co-workers have been wonderful with me and have also discovered my belly for daily baby rubs.
55 Days to go....and it sure is intimidating!!

Thoughts....
Notes to self:
1. Must buy slip on shoes!
2. DO NOT overeat--this makes the rest of the day completely miserable.
3. It's okay if things are not perfect now...we still have a few weeks to fix things.
4. I WILL be a good mom, despite my doubts!!!
5. Embrace the tummy kicks...even though they hurt at times.
6. Sleeping on my stomach is a thing of the past, deal with it.
7. Yes, I have more cellulite, its not my eyeballs hallucinating.
8. Eat the fruit Timothy J is craving!
9. Let people rub your belly, it brightens their day!
10. Allow people to pick things up for you-don't be a hero.
11. It's OK to be scared.
12. Patience...patience....MUST HAVE PATIENCE.
13. Enjoy my sleep...every minute of it.
14. Breathing out of my left nostril is a thing of the past...welcome fluid retention!
